Cancellation Policy
By signing up for the workshop, you (“the Participant”) agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the Workshop conducted at the hab by Usha (“the hab”) Usha International Ltd. (“Company”) consisting of multiple sessions organised at the premises of The hab Store over a specified period of time. 1. Registration and Payment. a. The Participant, is required to complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete information as requested by the hab and/or the Company. Full payment is required at the time of registration. Partial payments will not be accepted. All prices are including GST. Payments must be made via cash, credit card, debit card, or UPI; no other forms of payment will be accepted. The Workshop fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The Company reserves the right to cancel the Workshop enrolment at any time, without prior notice. Once the registration is complete, the selected workshop cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another workshop. By enrolling in the Workshop, the Participants: i. agree to the terms and conditions and any amendments made by the Company and/or the hab, from time to time, in its sole discretion. ii. certify that they have attained the age of majority and if not then they shall be accompanied by an adult . The decisions of the Company, with regards to the Workshop and its enrolment, shall be final and binding. 2. Workshop Participation. a. The Company will provide a booking link to allow the Participant to select their preferred date as per available slots and time slot for the Workshop. The first session must be booked within 3 months from the date of registration; failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the registration. Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of the scheduled session will not be eligible for rescheduling. No refunds will be issued for cancellations. All sessions must be completed within 12 months from the date of the first session booked by the Participant. 3. Materials and Equipment a. The Company shall only provide sewing machines that are to be used for sewing and stitching. All necessary raw materials and equipment for the Workshop will be brought by the Participant. The raw materials required for the workshop shall be communicated to the Participant by the Company, in advance. 4. Curriculum a. The course material and curriculum developed by the hab and provided to the Participant is proprietary in nature and may be modified, updated, or withdrawn at the sole d
